Nomad Vacations – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Nomad Vacations ("we", "us", or "our") and you, the client, governing the purchase of any travel products and services through our website or directly with our agents. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Payments

Pricing: Our pricing is determined by the type of trip you choose to book. For private trips, the cost is tailored to your style of travel, hotel preferences, activities, and dates. For curated group trips, prices are set in advance and are all-inclusive; they only change if you add an optional activity or a solo occupancy supplement.

Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process, including names as they appear on passports and all necessary contact details. Any fees resulting from inaccurate information will be your responsibility.

Deposits and Final Payments: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This payment is part of the total trip cost and guarantees your spot on the tour. The remaining balance of the trip must be paid in full at least one to two months prior to the departure date. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.

2. Your Responsibilities

Travel Documents: You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, visas, and any other required permits.

Health and Fitness: You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit and able to participate in all aspects of your chosen itinerary. It is your responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or special needs.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of baggage.

Conduct: We do not condone violence, illegal drug use, or the possession of weapons by our travelers while on vacation. Any such behavior may result in immediate termination of the trip with no refund

3. Limitation of Liability

Nomad Vacations acts as a booking agent for third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for any acts, omissions, or failures in the delivery of services by these third parties. However, we will always act as your advocate to assist in resolving any issues that may arise with our suppliers.

We are not responsible for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, or inconvenience that may occur due to:

Acts of God or other force majeure events.

The performance or non-performance of services by third-party suppliers.

Unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, political unrest, natural disasters, or pandemics.

Additional costs you may incur for items booked independently, such as flights, visa fees, or vaccinations.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Nomad Vacations and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our express written permission.Our website uses cookies and tracking technologies to:

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Client-Initiated Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email. The date we receive the request will be the effective date of cancellation. Refund eligibility is based on the number of days before the departure date.

91+ days prior: Full refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

61–90 days prior: 50% refund of the total trip cost, minus the non-refundable deposit.

31–60 days prior: 25% refund of the total trip cost, minus the non-refundable deposit.

0–30 days prior: No refund will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain fees and costs are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Non-refundable deposits.

Flight tickets and airport taxes.

Visa fees and travel permits.

Travel insurance premiums.

3. Nomad Vacations-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or if the minimum number of participants for a tour is not met. In such an event, we will notify you at least 30 days before the departure date.

Your options will be:

A full refund of all payments made to Nomad Vacations.

A travel credit equivalent to the amount paid, to be used for a future trip with us.
